A Mabie Todd Swan snakeskin. My first Mabie Todd and from the feel of it, it might not be my last one!

Just ordered a black Jinhao 889 and red solid Jinhao 599. I keep ordering pens and haven't received any over a month and I keep visualizing the postman bringing all my package in a huge garbage bag... someday

I also ordered a kiddies pen for my youngest sister, which would be her second pen. She is the only one (out of my 3 sisters) who seems to be interested (a little) in following me around and trying to get my pens and carts. So I also ordered 15 multi colored carts.. hope she'll be happy :D

1. LingMo Lorelei - Green. After some careful tweaking, the one I had previously ordered

is writing very nicely.

2. Waiting for my new Pilot Lucina-Yellow to arrive from Japan.

3. Two Jinhao 992 - one for giveaway to a postal employee who has been 'patiently'

waiting.

4. Holding fast for my special order Fosfor Maharaja to ship in May

5. Retro 1951 Tornado Prism

A Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age Oversize Stub and a Visconti Van Gogh Starry Night Medium. I can't wait.

If you see a very large man ineffectually hiding in the bushes, that's not me, and I'm not lying in wait to ambush your packages and drool over your pens.

Lol. I got it delivered to the post office just for that reason.

Keep your nose clean and your nib wet.

I finally ordered a White Tortoiseshell Pelikan M400 with a Fine nib - my one and only grail pen and something that pretty much cleared half of my "kinds of pens I need" list in one fell swoop.

(Fun fact: I've had the tab with the amazon page for this pen open for three months straight, but wasn't sure if I wanted to risk buying a pen I've never used at that price. In comes my dad, mentions how much he loves that pen and how much of a shame it is that he can't find it anywhere. I linked him the page, he bought it, I got to try it and decided that it's perfect - the M400 has nearly exactly the same dimensions as all those 1950's German piston filler I love so much, it's lightweight, and probably the prettiest pen I know of)

Now that is a rare bird.

I'm waiting on a Pilot 912-FA Mottishaw Custom Spencerian.

Less sexy but more flexy :D

I just won the bid for NOS Parker 51 Aeromatic with XF nib.

I am excited...but I may have overpaid ( but of course I don't know what it's worth)...I couldn't resist though... :)

Dream, take one step at a time and achieve. :)

The pen's value is only what YOU are prepared to pay for it. It's real worth is in how much you enjoy writing with it. Enjoy your win.

Thank you MalcolmH!

You are absolutely right. I paid what I was prepared to (maybe I will wait on getting another pen for a month or so though lol)

I am excited to get my first 51.

I always wanted an XF nib, so it will be fun.

The problem (and a good one) is that the more pens I have, the more time I will spend on writing and drawing a day...I love using every pen I have everyday and I often spend hours...

Dream, take one step at a time and achieve. :)

After much debate, I just ordered a Pilot Vanishing Point Raden Galaxy with a factory stub nib. I had to order it from a dealer that I haven't ordered from in over a decade because my two preferred dealers couldn't get me one with the nib I wanted.

I have other Vanishing Points but none with this nib and I've never owned a raden pen before.

Which one did you pick? I've been looking at the Marine Amber.

I bought the ombres et lumieres.

That is a very beautiful pen!

It is indeed beautiful. I've been eyeing that for some time but it was expensive. Just got a good deal at Goldspot pens, so I bought it.
