Interpolated in the steady flow of 1950s Auroras, a 1930s Onoto 3050 as a repair exercise. I have a black one already so will probably eventually sell this one if repair is possible and of sufficient standard.

What a beautiful pen--it appears to be in NOS condition.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

Thank you!

Pens in general during those days are so gorgeous.

No wonder some members have so many vintage pens...can't stop lol.

Dream, take one step at a time and achieve. :)

*grumble grumble* First the Lorelei (which, to be fair, is an awesome pen), now I've talked myself into a Delike New Moon. Stop making such tempting unSailors, damn it.

Really excited :)

My wife and my kids support my passion to collect pens.

I gotta get as many pens as I can while this temporary support lasts! :)

Dream, take one step at a time and achieve. :)

I am excited I just bought a Sailor 1911 standard with MF nib off eBay. I am looking forward to it showing up from Japan.

Laguna Niguel, California.

A Parker Duofold (flat top version) in red, an Aurora 88P with chrome cap and a semiflex nib (apparently), and a Wahl pen in woodgrain with a #2 flexible nib. These are all for testing though, not necessarily for keeping.

Just received three bottles of Lamy Petrol ink!

A very pedestrian Pilot Metropolitan to replace the one I lost a couple of weeks ago. Funny thing is (not that funny!), only a couple of days earlier I lost a silver ring that I made. I've been reading where drinking tea is thought to reduce the likelihood of dementia. Too bad it's not coffee... but I'll drink the tea just in case, just not first thing in the morning.

Also threw in a bottle of Noodler's red-black to get up to the free shipping limit.

I may not have been much help, but I DID bump your thread up to the top.

I want a new red pen to go with the Berning Red ink I just bought, so I ordered a red Jinhao X750 for under 3 bucks shipped. The trade off is it could take up to a month to arrive. So it goes.

In addition to the 5 pens that are yet to come, ordered 2 Jinhao x750 Black Shimmering sands, one for me and one for my sister (which will be her first fountain pen)! So excited, looks pretty pretty~

Another 992, this time a demo black to better compare the anatomy against the Lorelei. Possibly also to switch barrels with the opaque grey in the mail for a semi-demo to see the ink level.

A plethora of cheap pens! :) An FPR Indus and a Camlin Trinity on the one hand, a Jinhao 15 (the Waterman Sérénité knockoff), Jinhao x450, and Hero 338 (kinda Parker "51" meets Sheaffer PFM) on the other.

A Visconti Homo Sapiens Bronze Age Oversize Stub and a Visconti Van Gogh Starry Night Medium. I can't wait.

Keep your nose clean and your nib wet.
