Done waiting! The slow boat from Japan finally arrived and I now have my two Black Beauties: Pilot Falcon SEF (got that a couple weeks ago), and as of today, Pilot Custom 91 SF. A dandy daily writer and a pen for sketching and exploring more expressive writing styles.

Yes, I have that diagram thank you, but have yet to find any words on any part of process.

I already have my pen disassembled. I am waiting for a section alongwith nib and feed but minus the connector and a cap. Both the parts are like new. Bought these from a vintage dealer in Karachi for a very good price.

Payday should hit in about an hour, then I'm heading for Goulet to order a Diamond 580 and a couple of Jinhaos during their BOGO sale. A 159 and an X750.

Won an Indian eyedropper called Glare Rainbow Collection - Deep magenta or pink or something like that (I forgot the name) on ebay. It's going to be my first eyedropper pen and I'm so excited!

this is my fist post. but i am waiting for a green pilot custom 74 to arrive. i am also going to return a pen that i just received today. i was on amazon the other night and was looking at sailor 1911 Large pens and i was not paying attention to the description as well as i should have and the price of the pen was super low, less than 130$. well i accidentally bought a sailor 1911 standard instead of the large which also explains the very low price. the pen arrived today and i think it is just a little bit too small for me since i don't really like to post pens. it was the description of the nib being 14k instead of 21k that was bugging me the next morning that made me look again at the pen that i just ordered and that is how i noticed my mistake.

Waiting for 3 pens and adding 2 more to the list! 2 white Jinhao 159, one with a gold clip (for my mum) and a silver clip for me! :bunny01:

EDIT: Just ordered a transparent brown Jinhao 992!

Pelikan M805 Demonstrator with engravings, Extra Fine.

The price drop on these at nibs.com was too much for me to handle.

I just ordered this Ranga Monterey from Peyton Street Pens in the clear acrylic color with a 1.1 Jowo stub. I'd like to use this as an eyedropper, as I think the ink inside will make for an interesting looking pen.

I already own the Ranga Monterey in the matte black ebonite finish and am extremely happy with it.

EDIT: No affilation with PSP. Pen arrives Friday, hopefully!

Well, the architect's grind on the Platinum Century 3776 was a bust--way too rough. I'll just have Mike Masuyama take a look at it and see if it can be salvaged.

In the meantime, a Pelikan Renaissance Brown M800 is on the way. (My wife isn't out of town, but she is in the other room. :D )
