Finally - Kaweco Liliput Copper  Ordered it with an EF nib and an additional B nib. Just in case I ever want to replace it...

I got so much mail today! (Also some mail yesterday as well.)

Yesterday I got the J. Herbin rollerball bundle and the TWSBI Mini Diamond AL Blue.

Today I got the Diplomat Traveller from Massdrop, the Metropolitan Retropop in a medium italic nib and a Platinum Plaisir in a medium nib from Jetpens, a Guru from Fountain Pen Revolution (plus a free bottle of the blue-black ink, which unfortunately leaked a little in transit), a pack of con-40s from Amazon, and a Nemosine Singularity 0.6mm stub and a bottle of Robert Oster Fire and Ice from Goulet (and the tootsie roll pop was grape today).

No pictures yet. I think I'll fill the Nemosine first, probably with the Fire and Ice (I got an Aqua demonstrator for ink matching purposes) and maybe do a writing sample and take pictures then.

I was looking for a Montblanc 14 but I saw an 84 (the rolled gold version of the 14) and I couldn't resist. Impatiently waiting for it to arrive.

I ordered my first NEW pen today!
There's a story to this:
As a professional musician, one of my sources of steady income and gigs is a female choir in my town, that I accompany on accordion. So, today we had a big party, because of our 12,5 year anniversary. It was a wonderful party, and we have such nice and good people in our choir.
Sooo... one of the things during this party, was an amateur theatre piece, a kind of parody on "... got talent." And I was asked to accompany the five songs they would sing. I'm the only accordion player in our group capable of doing something like this without needing printed sheet music. And it was fun... we had a few very nice rehearsals, and today we performed, and people were cracking up.
So, as a reward, I got a beautiful geode (they know I collect minerals) filled with money, and I had to promise I would use it to buy a fountain pen I really like. I didn't have to think long. I have read the reviews about the good construction and the smooth and wet nib on the Conklin Duragraph. And I like the design on this pen SO much, I love the amber version. So, that's what I ordered: A beuatiful amber Conklin Duragraph with a medium nib. The first pen in my collection that doesn't have a previous user. I'm so excited! Can't wait till tuesday, when it's due to arrive!

Oh, huzzah! What color? I have a pair of Auroras and they're fantastic--they're among my favorites.

I'm waiting on a Conklin crescent-filler with a flexy nib, and looking forward to it. I've had a flexy Conklin crescent-filler before (it was even more of a wet noodle than my Waterman 52V) but I ended up selling it on to a friend because it didn't like my writing angle. We'll see how it goes!

Waiting on [yet] another Aurora 88 which is on its way from Europe today. This one includes the gold-toned aluminium case with original cloth and paperwork, which were significant factors in this particular purchase.

edit: the price had a fixed sum for international postage. When actual postage cost proved less, the seller promptly refunded the difference. :)

Congratulations on the 12,5th anniversary of the group.

Congratulations on your first new pen. And I believe, because of the story attached to it, this is going to be a very special pen in your collection. Enjoy it, and or a longtime.

I went with the burgundy finish. I've been lucky enough to try a couple out, and I am thinking it will become a favorite of mine, too.

Omas Paragon. Black, advertised as "near mint".

Anxious & impatient. Too dumb to get expedited shipping.

A Pilot 78G EF I ordered on eBay.

Not an upscale pen, but I need an EF for work. And I travel a lot so I need something that won't make me cry if airport security or a customs agent takes it from me. :-)

I'm waiting on another Waterman 52 noodle (this time red ripple)

My 1st flexy 52 has such a small sweet spot that it's very hard for me to use.
