Had a sudden ink leak (burping from the feed/nib insertion end). Picked up the pen and unscrewed the cap only to have a gallon of ink on my hands. This is the first time it has happened with this pen and I suspect it is due to the sudden hot days we've had here in San Jose.. temps went up to 103 F, and had to be managed with AC. I hadn't used the pen in those few days. However.... not all eyedroppers necessarily have this problem. I have a machine-made Wality 69EB fitted with a Nemosine nib and that one did not have any such leakage at all, despite the heat.
