Standard Introductions

Hello Everyone,

This is introduction thing is cool! I'm surprised people even pay attention to these.

Anyhow, I'm brand new to the fountain pen world, but I'm already hugely interested. I've been borderline obsessed over fountain pen research over the last few days.

My mother bought me a Waterman Expert (M) for my birthday, and the first fountain pen I bought for myself was a Lamy Safari (F). I've got some ink samples from Goulet on order.

Stay unposted, friends.

Welcome !

Excellent gift from your mother. The Waterman Expert M nib lays down a nice, generous line of ink. Try some of your most vivid colors in it.

The LAMY Safari has four or five different nibs that switch easily.

Greetings from Pittsburgh! :W2FPN: So, what inks are you waiting for?

I generally suggest that new people click on the "View New Content" button when they log in, in order to get a good overview of a range of topics in a manageable chunk. And to have a look at the pinned Index to the Ink Reviews Forum.
