A Quick Look At The Latest Diamine Shimmer Ink Samples

Chrissy

Recommended Posts

Diamine sent me samples of their latest 12 shimmer inks to try out, and I've had 12 pens inked with them for over a week now.

So here is a quick look at the colours. Maybe I should have separated Caramel Sparkle and Pink Glitz as they look a little similar next to each other, on this sheet. However, Caramel Sparkle is a reddish brown and Pink Glitz is a pinkish red. I'm loving the green, orange and silver. :) Anyway, this is just a quick look.

I like the Lilac Satin. I have lots of pens worthy of an ink like this.

Several of these inks look quite interesting. Looking forward to seeing full reviews.

Thanks for posting.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

I like the looks of Pink Glitz, Lilac Satin, and Moon Dust so far. I actually like these better than the first series.

The praise of the praiseworthy is above all rewards.

I think Moon Dust will be popular. I remember thinking that, because it was a potential possible for the first series, but it didn't make it as one of the ten. It's a great silver ink. :)

I like Golden Oasis and Inferno Orange. However, I'm really not sure that Golden Oasis automatically makes me think of a green ink. Is it just me?

Interesting. Thank you for sharing.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I have done my 12 reviews, but as Bhavna has already posted some, I will wait a while before posting mine.

My early findings are that these 12 inks are all quite wet. They are all great starters. :)
