Does anyone know if there is someone I cant send this pen to for repairs? Both tines are slanted to the left and I don't even know where to start on this or which nibmeister can handle this kind of damage on the nib

Brad Torelli up your way could handle it. Also drop Danny Fudge a line and see if he will straighten it.

How does it write? If it has a nice sweet spot, perhaps it was modified for a strongly left or right handed person or to form special script. If you can use it as is, why not do so? If you can't, then do send it to a nib specialist or take it to one at your next pen show. The bends all look smooth.

I have a 51 whose nib was just like yours. I very carefully straightened both the tines one by one and the nib is now one of my best BROAD nibs. It was a long and slow process but at last I was one happy man. One thing, because mine was an English broad nib there was enough room for adjusting the tines and smooting the nib after straighening it.

Straightening gold nibs is very labor intensive and has to be done with a lot of care.
