Which Pen Is This?

if anyone know which pen is this? It has an engraved symbol on the clip but it is hard to say what the symbol is about. I am appreciated any information you may know or have.Thanks a lot,

First, welcome home. Pull up a stump and set a spell. It has a faint resemblance to the pens sold under the Colibri branding that said "Made in Italy" but little else.
