Splendid colour! I certainly like this shade. My only gripe is that the ink isn't water resistant. Perhaps the ink maker can do a version 2.0 that will be water resistant. Thanks for the ink review.

Excellent review, Vis, of an outstanding ink. Konrad really outdid himself with this one. Great name for pen and ink! Have a bottle coming in the mail. I always cringe when the shipping cost exceeds the product cost. 1st world problems.

Don't have another orange-brown handy to compare it to, but my first thought was, "wow, that is even more orange than I expected."

It is in my Omas Arlecchino in which I always use orange ink, so that is a perfect fit.

Thank you for sharing a sample of this ink. I am glad your bottle was closest to the first example we saw of this ink & I may regret not having ordered it. I am glad you are treating that Arlecchino to the color it deserves! It will always be perhaps my most admired of the Omas pens, the story behind it & the wonderful Italian spirit to combine those colors makes me happy just to see it photographed. Enjoy the most wonderful Fall pen & ink combination, I could imagine.
