Can I once again take the liberty of suggesting Engeika pen store as a great place to buy Japanese Fountain pens at very affordable prices,it seems that they have been updating their webpages and have introduced so many

innovative new concepts in pens that I was just blown away by the quality of their pens and the concepts which

they are now advertising. I am sure they have a pen for you, Trust Me!!!

I know 2 stores in Nagoya:

Pen land cafe: it's a cafe which also sells fountain pens and inks, and some sailor shop exclusive inks. Most of the pens that they sell are vintage pens.

Sankodo stationary store: another shop that keeps sailor shop exclusive inks. They also have a decent collection of pens.

I hope this helped.

Allow me to comment if I may on the problems several buyers are having with Engeika,at this present moment they are having an extensive upgrade of their webpage.Bear this in mind they must be considered the largest website dealing in Japanese Fountain Pens, their prices are extremely attractive, their designs of Nibs in my opinion make them the Market leaders in the number and quality that they still produce to this day after many years, they sell more than 7 brands of Fountain pens as well as innumerable Inks and other merchandise, there are so many examples of an innovative nature on their website. I invite you to take another look and to give Taizo time to get back to completing your order and mine in an acceptable time, I have never had a problem of a serious nature with his website other than the odd delay, try dealing with Chinese pen stores then you will know what delays are like. Trust Me. oneill

I am in Tokyo and I have never been to Nagoya either. I just ordered via phone and paid via bank transfer.

Further info, pen land cafe only accepts bank transfer or cash payment (if you are visiting their store), so ask your brother to take a good amount of cash if you are buying pens from pen land cafe.
