A Robust Converter For A Jinhao And A Nemosine Pen?

Hello all,

I've got a two new pens that I'm trying to work into my rotation (many thanks to you fine folks who recommended I take a a look at them). One is a Jinhao, the other is a Nemosine Singularity. I've found that the Jinhao converters that I have are rather flimsy. The little collar that snugs up to the feed has cracked on my last two. Last night I was putting a new nib on the Jinhao ( a Goulet F) and started to ink up the pen but couldn't get suction in the converter. I checked the converter and there was a crack in the opening that was keeping the suction from forming. So, I'm wondering if there are any more robust/durable converters out there? Perhaps one that would work in my Nemosine as well? Thanks for any info you can provide!

I don't know about the Nemosine, but Jinhaos use standard international converters. A Schmidt K5, like the ones sold by Goulet, should do the trick.

There's a thread on the Jinhao 159 and it was determined there that only Waterman converters properly fit the 159. So beware of the 'standard international converter' claim. You might want to go through that thread a bit to find out more.
