The Diamond 530 original with F nib (and replacement seal) that was released via FPN, inked with Pelikan's Olivine.

A great everyday user.

Glenn.

This morning it was the purple 580-ALR (1.1 mm stub) with diluted Diamine Shimmer Arabian Nights).

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

I almost bought a Pelikan 205 but changed my mind after reading a lot of discussions on here and bought an Eco which should have arrived by the time I get home in a week and I’ve literally just ordered a 580 AL both M Nibs as I’m left handed. Looking forward to using them.

Can anyone explain how to remove an Eco nib? Is it just the nib or nib and feed.

Get a soft towel, and grab the nib from its sides. Pull out. It's that simple. Make sure you grab the nib from its sides, as the fins on the feed are very fragile.

I just switched over from a Sailor Pro Gear to a broad TWSBI Eco because of nib issues. I'm really enjoying this pen. Initially it was a little dry, but I adjusted it slightly and now it's perfect. I'm using my favorite ink, Sailor Blue.
