Can someone let me know the manufacture date for this pen. It is a Burroughs Fountain Pen

On the transparent part of the barrel, it says

 

Burroughs Pen Co

333 Washington St.

Boston Massachusetts USA

 

I've tried researching it, but I have not found any information on when it was manufactured. I found the pen on Ebay, and the seller doesn't have any information on the pen.
