Trans Nauka - Group Buy

Sorry for the delay in posting receipt!

Mine arrived about a week ago. Jowo 1.5mm nib. I wanted to ED it but I couldn't decide which ink to use!

It's now inked with Sailor Shigure and writes beautifully!

Till end of group buy total 208 Orders were there,

 

Till date 187 pens have been shipped.

 

Remaining pens will be shipped by Monday and a few custom request pens by 1st Week of August.

 

By this Monday 90% of balance pens would go. I will update soon here.

I received a notification last week (also here in the forum) stating that in 4-5 days more info would be given. In my case, no notification, and no shipping, and no pen...

I ordered my pen on 31 May 2016, received notice that it shipped on 5 Jul 2016, and took delivery on 18 Jul 2016. I appreciate that a handmade pen takes time to manufacture and ship from India to the USA.

 

I am extremely happy with the pen!

My pen arrived at the post office on Friday and I picked it up on Saturday. I love this pen! The feel of it in the hand is wonderful, and the Nib (JoWo 1.1) terrific. It is surely the best pen in my collection to date. The only problem is the cap edge has a few small cracks in it. That is where the material is the thinnest so that would be a point of failure. I have emailed unik.services@hotmail.com about the possibility of getting a replacement cap, just waiting to hear back.

I still have had no communication after my original order confirmation. I did chase on Whatsapp but the time period that was originally stated has lapsed. I guess you got quite a few orders to catch up on.

My TransNauka cap also had a chip near the edge. I contacted ASA and I was asked to send the complete pen back to them for cap replacement. I am waiting for the pen to return with a new cap.

That's interesting. They are sending me a replacement cap. I like this better as I get to enjoy the pen while waiting for the cap. Must be broken in different ways.

My pen finally made it to Curaçao, was in the mailbox this afternoon!

It's larger than I expected, and the 40mm Ambitious nib I gave it is a very nice fit.

It looks so pristine, I'm almost reluctant to fill it up or even dip test it... and I am no longer sure that I will use the rollstop snake ring I got for it. It may be visually too busy, and I'm afraid to try for fear of scratching it...

Sweet! I've been wondering about it but at some point I figured it would appear!

Both my pens (a 1.1mm and 1,5mm Stub) are inked with Pelikan Aquamarine and Pelikan Amethyst respectively. They are the most amazingly tactile pens and visually beautiful. I really love them!

I received my pen last week and I love it! Once filled it shows the ink colour beautifully, it's comfortable in the hand and the Schmidt nib is nice and smooth.
