Did a quick search and didn't see this mentioned yet, but I could be wrong - apologies if this is a duplicate.

Noodler's BERNing Red, billed as a quick dry ink for lefties. I'm not a lefty, but I can it being useful. Since this video was only posted March 1st 2016 I'm not sure when the ink would be available.

(I'm not going to comment on the politics of this, btw  , but the label is pretty cool)

I'm a right-handed lefty and will get two bottles just for the label. I also have Park Red. Have to make sure I have enough Commie ink for when we take over. :lticaptd:

Goulet Pens and Anderson Pens has it.

EDIT: 3/8/2016 8:50 pm EST Goulet is out of stock already. Feel the Bern! :)

I have been trying to figure out if he is supporting or mocking. The mocking reds have been aimed at Gorbachev and Kim Jong-un, now Bernie.

Received my bottle today. To follow the rules and avoid politics, I will say I am only one kind of leftie.

Will fill a pen with the ink tomorrow morning.

Regards, greg

Don't feel bad. I'm old; I'm meh about most things.

I suspect Mr. Tardiff is not a fan, but that doesn't impact one's ink-making skillz. But now I want to know which of the candidates use fountain pens!

I got a good laugh out of this - there's a lot to complain/love of this Bernie person, but I simply adore Mr. Tardif's wit.
The colour, however, seems like a run-of-the-mill red. And I'm not exactly that kind of leftie, so I'm not sure I'll be able to appreciate the ink's fast drying properties.

Regardless of the ink's properties, it was popular, as Anderson Pens is also now sold out.

I think I'll pass on this one. Less because of the politics involved, but because it looked to have some bad feathering issues (if I want something in the red/magenta family that feathers badly I've already got Qin Shi Huang... which I bought by mistake, not realizing what it was).

OTOH, Park Red is very well behaved. Not quite my favorite "true red" red -- that would be Diamine Classic Red, followed by Akkerman #19 -- but very close. And more permanent than either of those.

No more listed at Goulet or Anderson. I don't know who else was going to carry this ink. Maybe Mr. Tardiff didn't imagine how popular it would be. Or we now have Noodler's Ink Speculators cornering the secondary market. (That is not me. I did get two bottles, so I can share with you Amber and Cyber6.)

Who knew how many left-handed Bernie fountain-pen aficionados were out there?! LOL

That only works with *some* Noodler's inks.

When I broke my first bottle of Kung Te Cheng (after only a single fill) -- it took six weeks for the Goulets to get it back in stock....

And I still haven't had a chance to try any of the FPN exclusives; when I have spare cash, they're not in stock, and when they have them in stock I'm broke....

If they are out of stock, send me a PM. We have a good supply now.
