Conklin Twist Knob

Hi,

I have a Conklin pen from my grandfather, but sadly I lost that small top part of the pen, I think is “the twist knob”. Knob diameter is 10mm at the widest point. Attach photo:

 

 

Please, someone know of a place to get the parts?

 

How i can get that missing part?
