Omas Warranty And Non-Warranty Repair Work

With OMAS having ceased operations as of January 2016, there are no longer any manufacturer-supported warranty services available for these pens.

 

Having previously served as the factory authorized service center in North America, we want to assure our own customers that we will continue to provide service, nibs, and replacement parts (as available) for these beautiful pens.

 

An OMAS pen purchased from us here at Classic Fountain Pens will receive our usual priority treatment. Work will be completed as a rush at no additional charge and with minimal fees depending on the work to be done and parts available. Shipping fees may apply.

 

An OMAS pen purchased elsewhere will be subject to all of our standard prices and conditions. Please see our Pen Repair Order Form for details.

 

We suggest you contact us first at service@nibs.com before sending OMAS pens to us so that we know we have the parts to complete the repair.
