Pentrace Announces Our 2016 Numbered Edition Fountain Pen.

Feeling better, I can now walk without a stick (but not for long walks, yet). The pens are being manufactured and we hope to receive them from Italy in a couple of weeks. I will then ship them out ASAP, all at the same time. We received firm orders for 108 pens.

I hope Giovanni doesn't mind me copying here what he posted on the Pentrace board earlier today:

 

I just received an update from Marlen: they are finishing the polishing of the clips and testing the assembled nibs/feeds. They are also waiting for the boxes to arrive. Just a few days and the pens will be ready for shipment from Italy.

I just spoke with the factory and the pens should be shipped to me late this week.

I expect them to be shipped from me to the owners at the end of next week.

The pens are being shipped today from Italy to me in Florida.

I'm wondering myself. I haven't seen anything. I know Giovanni was going to the Triangle Pen Show in Raleigh last weekend.

Saw this post from Giovanni over on Pentrace.....

"I just got back from the Raleigh Pen Show and I am packing and labeling pens as quickly as I can. Some will go out today, some in the next few days."

I've just received tracking info to say my pen is on its way!

Don't get too excited yet...my "shipping label created" on 6/7...but the package hasn't been turned over to the USPS yet...there are NO scans...not even the first local one which will occur in West Palm Beach when the package is actually "shipped"...

 

So labels created...but not shipped...at least my package that is the status.
