Help! Broken Cross Mechanical Pencil

Hi everyone,

Now I know is isn't a pen but its urgent. I believe I screwed my cross mechanical pencil too much, it's a set with a pen. It won't go back into place and is sort of just slipping off the body. I'll attach some photos. Help would really be appreciated! I've also got an image of something at the top if it helps see the problem as it looks slightly chipped:

I don't know this model.

 

How did you open it normally to get to the eraser and to refill lead? As I think normally the hind part should come off.

 

 

However, I can start guessing, but not knowing the pen, it's not going to give you much help.
