Waterford Desk Top Pen Holder Is Missing Its Pen...need Help Identifying The Pen And/or Finding Another

My step-mother has a pen holder that originally had a pen with it. The pen was lost during a move and as I was giving my dad an Estie as a birthday present and talking up y'all at FPN, she asked if I could help her find another lost pen.

 

Does anybody know anything about the ball point pen that would have accompanied a Waterford Crystal Pen Holder? I've looked online at images of Waterford Pen Holders and many different holders had the same pen.
