Omas inks are sold inlarge octagon-shaped bottle, that has been in use since it was first introduced in the 1930s. I like this design.

At the moment Omas inks are available in eight standard colors:

  1. Black
  2. Blue
  3. Gray (New)
  4. Green
  5. Red
  6. Sepia
  7. Turquoise
  8. Violet

On different occasions they produced also limited edition inks, like:

  1. Amerigo Vespucci Red
  2. Green Italia
  3. Hong Kong Red
  4. Permanent Black
  5. Roma 2000 Blue
  6. Triratna Saffron

If I'll be able to put my hands on the samples, I'll review them all.

Sample of Omas Green was send to me by Michael R. Thank you :)

The color is really, really bad. It's kind of green I sincerily dislike. The ink seems well behaved but I don't care. It's ugly.

Agreed. I tend to like green inks, and Omas sepia is lovely. Also, Omas bottles -- terrific! But this shade is uninteresting.

Intersting to read such biased opinions in this ink.

It was among my favorite every day inks at one time in the past. However I remember it as an ink with great performance as well.

Cheers

Michael
