Homo Sapien Dark Age!

i'm undecided on the dark age as i have the bronze age and really like it. not what the coating is pvd or dlc but either should hold up fine as it is a pen. these coatings are used on items that get way more abuse than a pen.

I got my Homo Sapiens Bronze Age EF pen yesterday and am seriously head over heels in love with it. I had considered the Dark Age (as I owed myself a major reward and a one-time splurge) but eventually decided that I really like the Bronze Age pen better. I'm happy with my decision, but I can see why the stealth model would appeal to many. I like having different trims from which to choose, even if I wound up with the original.

I bought my first Homo sapiens a few days ago in St Thomas. Mine has the gold trim. I would trade it in a heartbeat for the all black one. I didn't even know about the dark ages edition. I was never crazy about the Lava angle but seeing it up close changed my mind.

Having owned the Bronze and Steel age pens, I appear to be in the minority because I love the look of the new dark age pens! I have a particular liking for stealth pens and my Sailor Pro Gear Imperial Black is usually somewhere within reach.

there is a saying about planes if it looks good it flies good, i bet this pen is a smooth writer

Its the look and feel of the pen and the refill helps complete the whole experience. I found that Visconti fountain pen nibs are great!
