Hello and thank you Aggie,

I'd like to add my name to the list. I don't have any Platinums, not even a Preppy, and I'd love to try this beautiful specimen, and a Japanese Fine nib sounds wonderful.

Thank you again for your generosity.

Hello Aggie,

I would like you add my name on your giveway list.

I do not have any Platinum pen and I am fan of fine nibs.

Thank you.

Best regards

Zoran

I've been here since '09. This is pretty special! The 3776 is far more 'premium' than I'm comfortable spending.

I did have a Platinum once, but it was a mere bad-tempered Preppy, it only wrote when it felt like it, we couldn't get along. If luck brings the 3776, I promise to be Pythias to its Damon!

Please add my name to the list. I was considering purchasing a Platinum 3776 but my pen and ink budget was nearly used up for the year.

This is very generous of you.

Ink has something in common with both money and manure. It's only useful if it's spread around.

Please add me to the draw. I've been around a couple of years, and I do not have one of these or a pen like it.

This is a very kind and generous PiF and may whoever wins the draw enjoy the pen in happiness and good health!

Hello aggie. Thanks for hosting such a generous PIF. I would love to participate. I do not own any Platinum pens so this would be a wonderful opportunity not only to get a new pen, but also to try something I haven't tried before. May you be rewarded for your generosity :)

I would love to be included. I actually tested this exact pen at a meeting this weekend and decided I had to have one. It would be my first Platinum (but I'm sure not my last).

Okie Dokie FPers, it is 04:45 here and entries for the Platinum 3776 has closed. I learned that I have an appointment for most of today. I have my bottle corks with all the numbers on them together for the drawing. I will conduct the drawing either late this afternoon or early this evening. Just check back for my post.

There were approximately 50 folks entering this PIF. Therefore, I decided that it would be great to have two members to be new Fountain Pen Owners 😊.

The first number drawn will get the Platinum 3776. Then Mother will pull another cork & the person with that number will get a Lamy Royal Red Studio, 14kt, Fine nib. I kept the Studio in rotation for about 1 1/2 years then started getting away from Fine nibs. Like the Platinum I am the original owner of this Lamy.

In my OP I said I would not be doing any PIFs for a bit so with this many members entering I thought it would be a two for one PIF.

Until later 😎.

If your out-go is more than your income,

Then your up-keep.

May be your Down-falll!!!
