Hello from Jakarta, my name is Jeremy. I just started using fountain pen for about a month. My first FP was pilot metropolitan, now I started to collect more FPs. I bought this Parker yesterday at a vintage bazaar in Jakarta, and I don't know what type of Parker it is

Can anybody tell me about it? and also what's the function of the thing that came with it?

I also bought an Ero pen made in Germany

PAKMAN, thanks for your answer. I really like the way it looks, and I also got it very cheap

FPs are expensive here, so I'm starting to collect vintage or secondhand FPs that still work.

My only FPs that I bought in new condition are pilot metropolitan and jinhao 250

I used to write with ballpoints, because I live in the generation that never use FPs before.

The Parker 45 is my favorite fountain pen. It is easily maintained. I think the odd item might be a letter opener. Does the curved blade have a sharp edge ?

I'm not sure if it is a letter opener. It has a curved needle. Maybe it's for cleaning purpose
