Well, to add to the current list of pens I'm waiting on (1981 NOS Pilot justus, OMAS Ogiva Cocktail Bloody Mary), I actually managed to snag another OMAS Ogiva Cocktail, but this time Blue Angel with Extra Flessibile EF nib.

--- P200----

Now... This is crazy... I am always inspired to buy one or more pens whenever I visit this site, usually bargains or inexpensive good pens-- my preference. Why? Pens shouldn't outlive ME! I 'm old enough to have that thought about many THINGS, LOL .

Now, more seriously. I am waiting for a P200 which is in the price range I didn't want to spend my retirement money on. This is an extravaganze for me, but I thought, since I sometimes travel, that THAT is a good reason to have a cartridge only pen. It didn't cross my mind that I already had pens that could could be use with cartridges. My thinking must have been, "but this is a cartridge only pen so I am forced to use it". Let's see how that goes!

This was a VERY good week. My Montblanc Heritage 1912 medium came in and so did my Pelikan 100n yellow/gray from Christof (beautiful). Two awesome pens with very different personalities. Pics will be coming. I don't think I'm going to be getting another pen for a while.

I am waiting for the Montblanc 110th anniversary special edition. I saw a few pictures and I love it!

I believe it will be April 5th to be released. Restless days, restless dreams.

After ordering I was having second thoughts, then something saved me from buying it. They did not have it! Closest date available, middle of April. RULE: You don't advertise if you don't have it! I am turning my eyes to a cafe creme or a demonstrator. I also say, will never order from this place again. It was my first time, first bad impression.

Landed a Sheaffer Balance (Marine Green Striated) with an EF nib....

Great condition....except for a notch near the barrel threads (can't figure WHY this was done!! Minor cosmetic flaw -- pen is MINT otherwise...!!)

Always try to get the dibs....on fountain pens with EF nibs!!

Montblanc Heritage 1912 hopefully arriving tomorrow and Boheme Doue Platinum hopefully next week.

MB Heritage 1912 and Boheme Doue arrived. Both beautiful pens. However, the onyx on the Bohem clip came broken... I am trying to resolve this issue with the seller...

The Florentine Hills arrived yesterday and is seen here with his big brother.

However, I'm still waiting in the Pelikan m1005. I haven't heard anything since making the payment via PayPal. Tomorrow will be a week. I purchased from a place with a very good reputation here, so I don't want to tarnish it needlessly, but how long to wait before raising the issue? I tried to confirm my shipping address and ask for a shipping number, but have not heard back when we had corresponded regularly leading up to the purchase.

Beautiful pens. I miss the Crystal that I parted with. Your Florentine Hills seems to have an unusually nice patterning. Most of the ones I have seem were just one or two lines of colour and completely blank-congratulations.

Just ordereda BNIB G.B. Shaw fountain pen. Can't wait..

Bernard came into my arms just today. A trully beautiful pen, now I can see why this pen was/is so popular. Surprisingly, contrary to other people's reports, I do not find this pen that heavy.

If you haven't done so already....make room for more Esties!!!

They have a tendency to multiply RAPIDLY!!:)

Then....there's Sheaffer, Parker, Wahl/Eversharp.....

Enjoy the journey!!!

Thanks, having bought both pens online I feel extremely lucky that both have what I consider great swirl patterns. I love using them both and often find myself just looking at the patterns.

You are quite correct. I abandoned the "I'll only get one ________" about four or five pens ago. I've accepted my addiction and just try to manage it as best I can. :P
