That is a great price so don't worry, you got a good deal. Matte black 25s are more rare than the flighters and I do love that look (have one also).

This afternoon I ordered a Lamy Safari in dark lilac with F nib, and Lamy cartridges with dark lilac ink.

This arrived yesterday, with the wrong nib. So, still waiting

Just ordered a Pilot Custom 823 in Amber!! Should be here early next week - then I'm done for a while!! Need to start saving for the Ohio Pen Show in November - I have high hopes for that.

I guess I have a problem with large demonstrators because I just ordered a Visconti Homo Sapiens Florentine Hills and am anxiously awaiting that now as well.

The Florentine Hills arrived yesterday and is seen here with his big brother.

 

 

However, I'm still waiting in the Pelikan m1005. I haven't heard anything since making the payment via PayPal. Tomorrow will be a week. I purchased from a place with a very good reputation here, so I don't want to tarnish it needlessly, but how long to wait before raising the issue? I tried to confirm my shipping address and ask for a shipping number, but have not heard back when we had corresponded regularly leading up to the purchase.

Thanks to a $30 eBay credit I got for using Samsung Pay on my new phone, and 8% back in "eBay Bucks," I just ordered a Platinum Century 3776 Chartres Blue, soft-fine nib, with converter and EMS shipping from Japan for about $50.

 

 

I'm super excited, and hope it gets here soon.

The GOOD News......My Pelikan M800 Grand Place was delivered yesterday!!

The BAD news.....I wasn't home to sign for it!!!

It's back on Monday....I'm camping out on the front lawn.....just to be SURE it doesn't get away....AGAIN!!
