Nice! :)

Is the broad a bit stubby with a little line variation?

It does indeed have a little line variation.

I might even be tempted to call it a B+. Its not quite a BB, but it feels a bit more than a B.

Great nib - I have a B on a 144 and it is exactly the same, one of my best writers.

Today I purchased a MONT BLANC MEISTERSTÜCK SOLITAIRE BLUE HOUR LeGRAND FOUNTAIN PEN. It is my first Mont Blanc pen and I love it. Filled with PILOT IROSHIZUKU KON-PEKI

First Mont Blanc I actually saw value in to pull the trigger!

Didn't know there's such an ink for MB as I didn't see it in the local boutiques. So is it a blue or black ink?

I just bought recently the MONTBLANC HERITAGE COLLECTION 1912 and I read that it is a small pen but in the matter of fact it is not small when you un caped it. It is small when capped which is very comfortable in your shirt pocket but when you wish to write with it - this are the pen for - you extend the nib and surprise surprise it is a regular size pen. I attach a picture of it with Pelikan M805 (a pen no one complain it is small) and the two pen are the same size - almost....

My used "like new" Cool blue Starwalker Medium nib is en route! WOO HOO!!!

Even has a stamped book and never inked! One of my grails, and got it for a GREAT price; way below MSRP of the time.

I'm just a Starwalker kind of guy...

My only Montblanc was a platinum LeGrand rollerball. Within the past week I have purchased a brand new 149 with medium nib, and acquired a vintage 149, and two vintage 146's all with medium nibs. I was just in a Montblanc boutique and was checking out a Daniel Defoe, Blue Hour and Heritage 1912. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go back in later today and buy the Heritage 1912 with a fine nib.

Early last year I was also considering between the Daniel Defoe and Heritage 1912. Took a while before deciding on the 1912 as it was more tempting to me. You'll never go wrong with any of the Heritage series and it's an awesome writer. Mine's also in a fine nib.

I just received in the mail the MB Hemingway ballpoint. It's not the fountain pen, but the price difference on the FP is huge. I recently got also the Pelikan 805 Burnt Orange and it is surprising how similar they are.

146 Le Grand 75 year with broad nib.

Nice. I am a big fan of the MB broad nibs, which always seem slightly stubby to me.
