... new green M800 EF?

I have neither seen nor heard of this. Just looked at Classic Pens (nibs.com) and don't see it mentioned there.

This is just the standard green striped M800. A regular production pen.

Ah, thanks. No need for that one; I have a blue stripe M800 and a green stripe M1000.

I have neither seen nor heard of this. Just looked at Classic Pens (nibs.com) and don't see it mentioned there.

I believe the reference is to the standard, classic M800 green striped based on the context. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Edited to add...I was too slow

... new green M800 EF? Sorry, I just mean it is current production - not vintage

....ummmm. I "accidentally" an another black post WWII 100N with an EF nib. Ooopsie? :D I bought this one from piscov and going by the pics it is very much minty, can't wait for it to arrive. :)

So that makes the total for those...

2x Green Binde

1x Greyish green/Grey binde

2x Black

1x Black (EXPORT)

1x 101N

Still looking to get one of those black EXPORT models with a clear ink window and maybe another 101N with a clear ink window too (and maybe with a celluloid cap top too). The pens I have are in great condition aside from those little quibbles...

Oh and yeah, I really need to get into broader nibs, most of the 100N I have are in semi/full flex EF or F, with one or two M there (cna't really recall). I recently got this wonderful Parker 51 aerometric that has an amazing and gorgeous stubby BB nib (or something like that). It leaves a really wide and luscious line and I would not mind having a Pelikan 100N that would do the same (with flex to boot).

Okiedokie... my flock of post WWII 100N keeps on growing, this time a green one with a B (?) nib. Going by the pics it is in nice shape and a bargain (less than 80€). Also, found a black 140 (sweet Medium semi-flex nib) with a crystal clear ink window & some signs of use for 20€, a minty green stripe 400 in a Pelikan leather etui with papers (cap engraved FARBWERKE HOECHST AG) for 27€. Also bought white and pale blue Pelikan ceramic pen holders.

Need to liquidate everything else I have other than the 100N/101N, 140 & 400 at some point. Aaaaand, now added to the list one unengraved cap for that 400... And maybe a sweet 400 Tortoise? ;)

The latest 100N is missing from the pic.

A report of suspicious activity around Zurich ...

A "strange" Pelikan 300 was sited by Detective Christof.

post-88993-0-17167000-1467481093_thumb.jpg

In a line-up, this strange bird, a master of disguise, fit right in ...

post-88993-0-07383400-1467481562_thumb.jpg

But Detective Christof got in close, and pointed out specific identifying marks ...

And now, justice is served. The strange Pelikan 300 is being extradited to the US on charges of felonious scribbling while fraudulently impersonating a red pen.

They say the shadowy figure of a man reputed to be a member of the Claudian syndicate was behind the notorious crime spree – but authorities are quick to disavow the rumors as idle speculation.

Just got this beauty from Rolf at missing-pen.de.

M805 with the amazing IB Italic Broad nib!

The IB is a fantastic nib! Good for you.

I liked mine so much that I bought another, then realized I don't really need two. Traded one of them for a BB.

Hi all,

I have never been to big on "demonstrators" but always liked this one, Amber or I think sometimes called champagne.

It's dark enough to not be too transparent. light enough to hint on what's inside, subtle.

It's the modest M250 with fine 14k nib. ca.2003

I acquired a postwar Ibis with a very wet OF nib. At first it seemed almost too wet but now it is doing well and I have been writing with it every day for about a week. I am really enjoying it. :)

Okiedokie... one more post WWII green binde 100N coming my way along with the earlier B nibbed one plus the first and second editions of Pelikan Schreibgeräte.

So, what makes this 100N more special? Ok, the nib is an M with the "modern" pattern used in the later 140 and from there 400 series pens onwards, first one of those for me. Second, it has the 100N inscribed in the cap top. Second first for me. ;)

That bumps the count of post WWII 100/101N to... nine.

Errr, Manny: do you want another (pre-war) Ibis? Very flexible medium nib, just in need of a new piston seal...

I never seem to use it anymore.

I picked up a New Pelikan M800 in green stripe back in March from the Bay at a good price. Sent same to Shawn Newton for a new binde in blue lizard. Now I am patiently (read impatiently) waiting until it makes it's way up the cue to get made! It will be one of very few in the world, I really can't wait! (Hint, hint!!) lol

Shawn currently has two of my M805s waiting for blue and grey lizard celluloid bindes (excellent choice on the blue lizard, by the way, the pictures are some of the most striking pens I've seen) and an M1000 waiting for green striped ebonite binde. I too am waiting patiently (also impatiently). He mentioned that he does all his Pelikan bindes at once, so hopefully he's building up enough of them to warrant starting the work.
