To me it seems a M250.

Ciao

Alfredo

No. It is a M481. It came with a plated steel nib. In fact I bought it so as to be able to use the vintage 400NN nib unit (with the ebonite feed) in it that I had in spare.

For me, not a pen per se, but I picked up a nicely tuned B nib for the replacement Café Crème, and had a bit of adjustment done on the IM nib currently on the pen, at the Indy-Pen-Dance table at the Triangle Pen Show.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Love being able to swap out nib units with ease.

And it was so nice to meet you at the show.... finally !!!

Congrats on the nib.

I envy you folks who have reasonably near access to pen shows. I've never been to a pen show. We came close to making a break for the LA Pen show last winter but alas, a couple home renvations/upgrades stole away thre disposable savings. But I'm starting now to plan for next year in LA, hope nothing breaks in the mean time..

Bexley Imperial Massdrop edetion, in the super rare purple haze. One of the most beautiful pens I've ever seen. Writes like a dream. Wish it were a broad, not a fine, but for a fine it is amazing. I had thought about replacing the nib with a broad ground to a stub, but I think I will keep her as is, and put anot her Bexley with a stub near the top of my want list.

I saw a guy on eBay selling an M605 for 159 euros. Not sure if that is a good deal or not, and a bit academic as he won't sell outside of Europe. It was the dark blue version too.

Nice one, Christof! I know that, once you are finished with it, it will look lovely.

My most recent, in fact only, pelican is a taupe m205. I ordered it with a Fine nib, but then replaced that with a EF binderized by the man himself. Love it! The pen is a little small for my hands, but otherwise. . .

Wonderful set! how old would they be?

This little bird with cracked piston. I wonder where would I find parts for her.

Seller dates them to 1951. The case appears to be NOS—don't know if it came with these pens originally.
