Thank you!

Maybe next time you'll try Pelikan Brilliant Brown in your Kaigelu? The ink is very affordable, it's a good match for the Amber / Tiger Eye version of the pen, and most important, it's a bit on the dry side, making Roo's nib to write like a normal Medium.

A friendly tip: for more consistent flow, don't be shy to use cartridges for this particular pen. The Mighty Roo loves 'em!

In the meanwhile, I'm using a Carmine Striated Sheaffer Balance Admiral w/fine Feathertouch nib, inked with Diamine Syrah. A heavenly experience!

Pelikan brown is the only Pelikan ink I have difficulty getting, unfortunately - but good call on Pelikan in general - I might give royal blue or brilliant black a try next, and possibly try using a cartridge while I'm at it. That's an interesting suggestion, by the way, I'll definitely have to give that a try.

I'm using a ton of pens for a ton of things today: Wing Sung 233 (because I genuinely like the pen - shame about the dry-out issues) and 322 ('tis pretty), Pentel Tradio TRF (I still like the pen a lot and it seems to like Diamine Oxblood a lot, hah), Delta Dolcevita Federico (skip, skip, skip... *sigh*), that old Staedtler (I still don't know the model or year and the scratchy nib still puzzles me) and my trusty Jinhao x450 (because it's my only medium nib using Pelikan blbk and also a really nice pen)

I don't have anything flashy. Here is my complete collection at the end of 2016.

Still would like a crowning piece. I've been interested in a couple of different things, but unable to get because of the way the market works.

Very nice selection of pens.

Flashy, means nothing. All that matters is that the pen appeals to you.

The pen in use is Guider Capsule and is made of translucent brown acrylic which is polished to a high finish.

The finish is absolutely beautiful and material is translucent. It is an eyedropper pen and is fitted with Kanwrite Broad nib. Currently, the pen is inked with Sulekha Royal Blue Ink.

Super pictures and writing, as is now expected from you Vaibhav!

I've not seen a Kanrite nib before. How does it compare with Western nibs, in your opinion?
