Nice pen, Vaibhav, and great shots!

I'm testing a Rotring ArtPen today, with a 1.5mm nib. Got it in the morning mail. Light, comfortable, smooth, generous ink flow - what's not to love?

Well, a pkg arrived yesterday, and in it was this pearlescent beauty - Kaigelu 316 white/black veined/Med. nib. I spent yesterday evening just looking at the pen. Had not planned on using it today, for I was still enjoying my Bexley Cowhide & Jinhao X750 Chessboard, however, I just could could not resist it. My deep pink prayer journal and the Kaigelu will make a beautiful combination as I journal today  Snaps of both the front & back of the barrel. Beautiful black/greyish pearlescence. My camera does not do this pen justice.fpn_1477057903__kaigelu316white-blacke.j

I am using my new Montblanc Black Rouge et Noir fountain pen. It came back from MB in Hamburg yesterday with a lovely OM nib, changed from the original M. It has a degree of flex, and writes beautifully.

Which R et N pen do you have, the black resin, the coral resin, or the ebonite? I got the OB nib on my ebonite pen, and it's a lot of fun. I have Graf von Faber-Castell Moss Green in it right now.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

This past Thursday I received a Parker Duofold International Big Red from the fine folks at Classic Fountain Pens (nibs.com). Inked with Noodlers African Violet, it joins my meager stable that comprises a Waterman Laureate (Private Reserve Blue-Black) and Platinum 1000 (Noodlers Tiananmen). Each sees daily use in my journaling.
