She is beautiful, with some fine italic lines!!! What a fabulous writing instrument.

Thank you!

Using that pen (Pelikan Souverän M800) today along with a Parker Duofold Centennial, IB nib. Inks are Rohrer & Klingner Alt-Bordeaux and Akkerman Blauw (no. 3). For the text I intend to copy I will probably add a third pen with black ink, but I haven't yet decided which one.

Sheaffer Targa with a Skrip blue/black cartridge. (This Sheaffer came with one of those old squeeze convertors, but I think the bag had got punctured somehow, as all it did was fill the inside of the barrel with ink.)

All day long: a Sheaffer Craftsman Touchdown inked with Diamine Tyrian Purple.

In the evening: a Pelikan M600, blue striated, F nib - just arrived! Inked it with Diamine Kensington Blue. Quite happy with the outcome.

Practice, patience, perseverance

Banded Wearever 14K #8 custom med. stub italic. Inked with Chesterfield Antique Raspberry. (having fun with this one)

Unnumbered Jinhao with a two-toned #5 nib (2 jewels - top of cap & top of barrel finial). Have had this pen for many years sitting in an old pocketbook, because I did not like the dragon clip. However, after flushing the pen and inking it with Chesterfield Antique Orchid, am surprised to realize just how smooth the nib is. Almost no feedback. Color - cream white, patterned. Where we normally see Jinhao printed on their caps, there is a band with graphic designs. Section is a polished metal.

For label writing duties, an Italix Churchmans prescriptor, broad cursive stub, inked with diamine majestic blue.

Notetaking is down to an Arbutus Apollo, fine italic, inked with diamine iris.

and for my journal it's a lovely Hero 77 with a fine semi hooded nib inked with chocolate brown.

I've currently got three AIHAO 20269's inked up with my samples of Autumn Oak and Edelstein Mandarin and Tanzanite. Haven't really seen anyone talk about these pens, but I guess they might be more of an Asia thing? I picked them up in China for only 2.5 yuan each (so that's about 66 odd cents)

Inks (Always willing to trade samples, PM me!): Noodler's Rome Burning, Noodler's Henry Hudson Blue, , J. Herbin Poussiere de Lune, P.W. Akkerman Laan Van Nieuw Oost-Indigo, Chesterfield Antique Slate, Chesterfield Antique Shamrock, Chesterfield Antique Jade, Chesterfield Antique Orchid, Chesterfield Capri, De Atramentis Apricot, De Atramentis Alexander Hamilton, J. Herbin Rouge Hematite (sans gold), Organics Studio Willow Green, Sailor Storia Magic Purple, Sailor Tokiwa-Matsu, Diamine Eau De Nil, Franklin-Christoph Midnight Emerald, Franklin-Christoph Black Cherry

Where do purchase an Aihao? Never heard of it. Checked on Ebay and saw an Aihao 2879 - an erasable FP for children?

Many pens today, more than I usually have inked at any given time. The only one not depicted is my Swan Safety Screw Cap 2B (vest size with no clip, eyedropper btw) which is in my left jacket waist pocket, filled with Noodlers Black Swan ( :) ) in Australian Roses (2012 formulation if that makes any difference).

Another Swan (unidentified model) lever fill screw cap with gold decorative band around the lever area in my outer breast pocket filled with Pelikan 4001 royal blue.

A Noodlers nib creaper in bumblebee filled with heart of darkness (brought to work to be loaned to a colleague to try out).

Noodlers Ahab clear, in eyedropper form (with no O-ring because it broke and I can't find a replacement :( ) also with heart of darkness.

Noodlers Konrad 1820 Essex, with the blue nosed bear.

Ebonite Konrad in (what used to be the old version of) red rebellion with Purple Heart.

And a Noodlers neponset in rebellion red with sequoia green.

I will photograph and include writing samples if asked. But this post is already picture and text heavy.

My new Levenger True Writer (ultra violet purple) with broad nib arrived late this afternoon. Inked with Chesterfield Antique Oxford, and this pen writes like butter. Using a Black n' Red notebook. No feathering or bleedthrough. Will enjoy this pen for the remaining of the evening.
