Tomsbjornsson above: beautiful work on the hands of your pugilist! that's an impressive warmup.

Thanks. It was one of those warm ups that took a bit longer than intended. I don't particularly like boxing, but I love drawing them.

Take care

The GvFC Intuition Platino Wood in Pernambuco is one of their most beautiful pens. I searched for one for several years, then found it right under my nose at my local pen show.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

I was at the GvFC HQ Shop in Nuernberg, they had one Pernambuco left, discounted at around 430.

In case anyone is interested. I like it even better than the Elemento Olive I have gathering dust atm.

Raif79, that is one snappy pen!

Here's something less exalted - which is probably just as well considering the user's lack of ability with it.

I wrote this and immediately afterward was struck - with some amusement - by the juxtapostion.*

*for those who may not see it: The Swan was a theatre in which many Shakespeare plays were performed. And here is a line from a Shakespeare play (Romeo and Juliet) containing ... a Swan! :D

I'm easily amused, obviously.

Edit to add: Pen is an Osmiroid B3 in an Esterbrook dipless holder. Ink is Noodler's Black Swan in Australian Roses. Paper is... don't know, something from work.

The pen in Rotation today is Worther Profil inked with KWZI Orange Ink. The pen is made of Aluminium and comes with standard medium nib which writes decently.
