I finally got this Sheaffer Imperial working today; got it from eBay with a disintegrated sac, so completed my first ever sac replacement today. So far (fingers crossed) it seems to be ok.

Just a doodle, of course This is a very very nice pen, and I bought it for the price of Lamy Safari. Extremely pleasant and smooth. And I absolutely love the colour*.

 

I haven't found my Rembrandt, which was lost/stolen? a few weeks ago.

 

*EDIT: the colour of the ink, but the colour of the pen as well. Wonderful copper orange/brown.

Thank you! This is a wonderful ink and really mesmerising to watch: when you write, it is a magenta-leaning purple, which quickly dries to this perfect, deep colour. I am in love with both the ink and the pen - I guess the pen writes so well because the Lavender Purple is quite lubricating. I love deep, interesting inks, and this ink ticks all the boxes.
