Superb writing, as usual. I love this Parker, a somewhat underrated pen, isn't it? The red matches your ink perfectly!

 

Earlier this morning, I was writing with a Sheaffer Balance Vac in gorgeous striated Golden Brown celluloid. A pen that truly combines beauty with functionality.

 

This Balance is superb. Love the colour.

English Duofolds are underrated indeed (though Maximas usually command higher prices). I own three, and this red Demi was loaned by a friend. Can't have enough of them - perfectly balanced bodies, supersmooth soft nibs, great design.

Thanks, eli! The sheen is amazing, but the paper is really showing it off. I was writing in a hobonichi techo planner, and they use Tomoe River Paper... I think? Ordered a pad of it from amazon.co.jp and am really looking forward to playing with it.
