I am curious how you like the Karas Kustoms pen. I've been thinking about it, but I am not sure if I'd like the heavier weight. Do you? Your colors are always amazing, an inspiration to us all.

Switched up pens from the Esterbrook Transitional J I used earlier today. 2nite I am using the Jinhao 650 Mother-of-Pearl/Abalone. Thought it was time to ink this pen. Beautiful iridescence in the mother-of-pearl/abalone.

Sheaffer a la TWSBI - "The Italic Writer"

 

Just finished assembling a Sheaffer nib unit (Broad Italic) to a TWSBI 580 (with custom treading for the Sheaffer unit). Haven't tested it out yet...

I´ve had this one for 2 years, so it isn´t a recent purchase. It doesn´t get as much "paper-time" as it should. I find the nib a Little too sharp, and it is more italic than stub.

 

Love your sheaffer and your writing.

Received a bunch of samples from Goulet, I've been on the hunt for a perfect blue for work and I think I found it. Diamine Oxford Blue.

Got some sepia browns and definitely ordering some Cacao du Bresil.

 

I got twelve samples and still going through them all. but those two are the standouts so far.
