I don't fill my TWSBi's all the way. Since I like to switch inks, I filled them 1/3.

Even 1/3 when I'm keeping 20 pens inked at a time and trying to get through an ink a day, well, it's a lot.

I think you have just sold be on the Koh-i-noor normal blue.

I have been using their Document Blue for a while now, and in a fine, medium wet pen, is a very nice medium dark ink that is quite permanent. In a broader nib it is a lighter blue.
