My experience with the stub nib has been similar - very generous flow, one of the wettest pens I have.

I had a black Eco for a few months and LOST IT a week or so ago. I read this review because I was wondering if I should go ahead and get another one. I didn't think the white one looked so nice but this review convinced me that I should get a new white Eco in Medium (I liked the Medium nib). I was contemplating a 580 but I like to post. (isellpens.com has a red 580 on sale, and it's tempting)

Right now there's a TWSBI-sized hole in my heart since I can't figure out how I lost it. But as amberleadavis says, perhaps this FP's price point makes it easier when they do go missing. Thanks for the review and the great photos!

I did a trial the other day without mine and I was sad. The Eco is my trial pen because it doesn't run out of ink, and I won't hurt anyone in court if they take it. (Out of court actions are totally different).

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Great review in general and great pictures in particular.

Eco is a very good pen with a fantastic quality/price rate. Modern and stilish at the same time.

Great detailed review and lovely pictures, thank you. I was thinking about buying this pen just yesterday. I wasnt really fond of demonstrators, but seeing it inked, especially with this iroshizuku ink convinced me, it is beautiful, maybe a bit chunky cap but that's fine to me. Now i need to find it at a good price, in white and with ef nib, it proved to be a hard task yesterday, ill get back at it soon.

This thread is making me regret buying the EF instead of the stub D:

You can always buy the spare nib and feed..

I believe TWSBI does not sell the Eco nib & feeds separately, unfortunately.

I tried... They pointed me to either buying the Mini section or get a nib from a 3rd party. My budget doesn't really allow for that, unfortunately.

Fpnibs.com sell after-market steel nibs (not sure about feeds) to fit TWSBI Eco,at VERY reasonable prices. Their Diamond Mini nib assemblies won't fit the Eco, though - the nibs are too small!
