Nib Loose In Ebonite Feed

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Have 2 pens, one Omas CS with Extra Lucens nib and one Radius, both italian, both with ebonite feeds.

The issue I have with them is that when flexing, this means pressure applied, the nib rotates a little in the feed, and this is annoying.

Since both have ebonite feeds, is it possible to fix this? Can you please tell me how?

Thanks in advance

The nib and feed would have to be seated further into the section, to secure/stabilize the nib.

Reseating the nib can be destructive if you are not trained and have the proper tools. In some cases you have to remove the nib and feed to reseat it, and depending on the pen, that can be difficult.

I am not familiar with the pens, so that is as much as I can say.

Personally, based on the pen, I would send it to a pen tech do to.
