Now, My Twsbi 580 Cracked At The Nib Assembly

Whoops my beautiful mini cracked a few minutes ago, at the assembly where the nib assembly screws into the body.

 

I did have an inkling that it would crack since it was leaky and always creaked whenever I put pen to paper.

 

That being said, it was a favorite of mine, and it just seemed I got along really well with it.

 

If it gets replaced under warranty then I have no intention of unscrewing it to suck up ink from the twsbi inkwell. It just never seemed right after the first time I unscrewed it. Leaky and creaky.

 

I presently have twsbis Vac Mini. It's an awesome pen and is my favorite of all my rather large collection of fountain pens.

 

So yeah my btwsbi cracked.
