Ok, I've added a few pages, glued in a few pages of TR paper, and just sent a message to MHGuda for address information.

 

Wonderful book, glad to have spent time with it.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
