Glass Nib - Fountain Or Dip?

This feels like a really, really, silly question, but based on the belief that the only silly question is the one unasked, I'll ask:

I was looking at this:

http://www.giardino.it/pens/visconti/artescrittura.php

And am confused....interchangeable nib? Does that mean the glass nib is a fountain pen, or just a glass dip nib? Can't figure it out, so would be grateful to get the answer :)

I might be wrong, but it sounds like you get the glass nibbed desk pen and then also a fountain pen...but the fountain pen's section unscrews and can accept the rollerball grip section and rollergraphic [sic] grip section in addition to the fountain pen section.

So you get two pens, but multiple writing modes:

1. Desk pen with glass nib

2. Fountain pen (with FP, rollerball, and rollergraphic sections)
