Esterbrook Chart Of Handwriting - Anyone Have One?

I ran across this in a 1927 ad for Esterbrook dip nibs and wonder if anyone's every seen one or can point me to an image from the booklet they mention in the second option. I've seen the book of 100 famous signatures, and I've seen the version for the fountain pen Re-new Point nibs, but I've never seen anything for dip nibs except for the booklet Esterbrook Pens And What They Will Do. I've also not been able to find a copy of the third booklet mentioned "100 most popular pens in the world". I've seen a lot of ads from Esterbrook claiming the top twelve pens in the world were Esterbrook, but not their list of the top 100.

Anyone? Thanks!
