Please Help Me Find Black Washable Ink Available In Eu

Recommended Posts

After ruining my shirt AGAIN i decided to get some washable ink. Black, because I prefer black and black ink is mandated where I work.

I remember using Parker Quink black washable long time ago so I went on line to get some, but apparently its been discontinued by Parker.

I was looking for other black washable inks and you can get some in the US but I could not find any in Europe. Since I really don't want to pay $20 postage cost can anyone advise me on any black washable ink available in Europe?

I like Parker Quink and I prefer quick drying to very lubricated inks, if there is a choice.

Many thanks

MB Mystery Black must be washable because they also have Permanent Black. I love Mystery Black because it flows well and has lots of nuance. Fortunately or unfortunately, I can't comment on its washability personally because I have not spilled it. (Knock on wood...) 🙂

My store has quite some inks but I have no idea what black is washable.

Parker Quink Washable Black ink is available on Amazon.co.uk

You might also look to see if J.Herbin Pearl Black or Kaweco Pearl Black is washable or have a look at the Diamine range as they should be washable too.

+1 Just order the Quink online -- if you do a quick search you will find tons of listings and it is priced reasonably. It's a nice ink -- good flow, fast drying, perhaps a little too grey but not bad at all.

The Parker Quink Washable Black is generally only available in the US.

OP is in UK. Most US vendors now charge a minimum of $28 to ship anything outside of the US.

I have the same problem here in Australia. It is silly to pay three times the cost of an item in postage.

Thanks, but the product picture is that of permanent black.

I have that one already. On the washable the word Quink is outlined.

Thanks guys. Looks like I got confused because they changed the packaging. I could swear the label on washable was different to the one on permanent. Looks like now it is the same, thay just mark on the box that it is washable. I should buy it more often, but I have so much ink I still need to use...

Don't worry about it. I think most of us are in that boat. ...
