I think the most important payment information was mentioned several times in the OP, namely via paypal. The one detail that wasn't clear to you early on Brian was then answered pretty quickly after you asked. I think there's a little confusion over where the confusion's coming from, but things should be pretty clear now?

Yes. We can make matte Acrylic (Drilled portion would be matte).

Kindly see the pen with Black Matte cap. Clear Matte cap can also be made.

Yes. It is possible with Premium Ebonite cap and Clear Barrel Matte finish.

Clear Cap and Clear barrel (Matte) is also possible.
