Pilot Parallel Too Wet?

I just bought a set of Pilot parallels to use them as a long term highlighters.

However, I found out that they are little too wet, and bleed through my reading materials.

 

Any tips on making the parallel less wet, or recommendation of highlighter inks that doesn't feather/bleed as much?

Which highlighter ink do you use? My Noodlers highlighter inks bleeds with every pen through every paper. Pelikan works better for me.

I agree on the Pelikan recommendation. Unless you go to an iron gall ink, one of the driest inks I've tried it the Pelikan 4001 Royal Blue.

Had the same problem with my Pilot. I refilled the cartridge with Diamine ink and have not looked back.
