True, the two tone nib somehow doesn't match the decor. It already is not one of the best looking two tone nibs.

The pen comes in three fittings: this silver-coloured model and two black versions, with black-and-gold nibs. I find the black versions look much nicer.

I received the black one with the gold clip and gold/black nib and I love it. Such a nice pen

  • 2 weeks later...

I got mine in today from Malaysia. I chose the titanium matt with platinum clip as I wanted a very modern styling, as I have multiple pen brands in black with gold clips.

I like the clip action of this one, It's spring loaded and will open enough to clip on a pocket at about 1/4" thick. Nib is very smooth.

Regards

Jeff

Rollerball=yawn.

Two tone nib design emphasizes the longitudinal ribs of the barrel. Nice touch.

Matte titanium, with the ribs makes a modern flighter.

Clip: Better done on the original. Though the matte finish with the polished clip echoes the 2000M.

A coherent design, if not cutting edge.

The price - yikes!!
