Apparently it is. Have a look at #60 on this list.

So I am the owner of a prototype targa and I didn't know it was one. Thank you, Ernst Bitterman.

And I was not happy to have paid a hefty amount of RS. 3000 ($28) for a slim Targa despite of the pen being NOS with original NOS slim converter.

Not so sure the two samples given are the same pattern.

They are the same, FB.

 

What make you think they are not the same. Can you explain?

Do you mean to say the two pictures I posted are of two different pens? Or is it that my pen's pattern does not match that of the one that is in the eBay listing?

Your pen and the eBay pen are what I thought are different. Could very well be the same. It seemed to me that the pattern was somehow different. Perhaps the combination of the contrast on the eBay picture and my phone and your good pictures make them look different. On my laptop they look do look similar.
