A boring ink to many on this forum but could somebody please advise me whether this is a low saturated ink? I would guess that it is, being washable but confirmation would be nice. Many thanks.

What does delicate mean when applied to pens and why might one ink be good for a delicate pens and another ink bad ?

A delicate pen could refer to a vintage pen that you would not want to fill with todays highly saturated or boutique inks. It could also refer to a demonstrator that you wish to not be stained or even pens with ink windows.

Or a pen made of something sensitive to extreme pH levels (usually, I think it's alkaline inks that are the problem since the old iron galls were both common and acidic).

I'm a heavy user of this ink. For me a 6-pack of bottles was totally reasonable.

This ink cleans out of pens easily. The "Washable" refers to clothing. It is supposed to wash out of clothes easily. You can also use an ink eraser with it.

And it's pretty harmless in a vintage pen.
